I'm dating this guy, and it's very new, but "official" if you know what I mean in a very junior high kind of way. For whatever reason, unbeknownst to me, girls, even women, still like that. Far be it from me to make such a bold statement on behalf of women, but I feel it's definitely true. So there. I like a guy that pursues a girl, and isn't afraid to say how he feels about you. ...within reason of course. Seriously though, don't tell me you love me after the first date, but express that you think I'm beautiful.
